Raluca Onufreiciuc is a lawyer at SĂVESCU & ASOCIAȚII, where she has been practising since the beginning of her legal career in 2013.
She is a PhD candidate in Law at Paris-Panthéon-Assas University (Centre for Comparative Law) and at Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest. Between 2019 and 2021, she undertook a predoctoral research fellowship at the University of A Coruña, Spain.
From 20 November 2025 to 30 September 2026, as an International Research Visitor, she conducted a research fellowship at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), within the Centre for the Study of Politics and Public Administration (CEPAP). She is also a member of the Romanian local team of the international TRANSACT – Transparency in Action project, which analyses the effective implementation of legislation on access to information of public interest.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași (2012). She completed the “Judicial Career” Master’s programme at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest (2013), as well as the Master’s programme in European Law at the Centre for European Studies within UAIC (2016). She holds an International LL.M. in European Public Law and is a Professional Fellows GLC alumna (2017), as well as an alumna of the Academy of European Public Law (2021). From 22 to 24 June 2026, she attended the Advanced Programme on Competition Law and the Digital Economy, a professional programme of the University of Oxford Faculty of Law, associated with the Centre for Competition Law and Policy.
